Art Journaling-Creative Self Care Mondays Oct.-November 10-11:30am

Express yourself through writing, art, experimentation. Create an art journal with us through planned activities that incorporate color, images, themes, writing, patterns, textures, and much more. There is a lot to explore about yourself, life, and art all in one. Small hardcover journals are provided with all other materials as well. If you want to bring your own journal you can do that as well. Mondays beginning Monday Oct. 17th, 24th, 31st, November 7, 14th 10am-11:30am every Monday listed.
